Delete Your FLOW Account

We are sorry to see you go.

Deleting your FLOW account permanently removes your account and the information associated with it. This cannot be undone.

Delete your account inside FLOW

The quickest way to delete your account is inside the app:

1. Open FLOW.

2. Go to Profile.

3. Select Settings.

4. Select Account.

5. Choose Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Request deletion by email

You can also request deletion without the app. Email help@shoottheveil.com from the email address associated with your FLOW account with the subject line "Delete my FLOW account." You are welcome to tell us why you are leaving, but it is optional.

We will send a verification message to the email address associated with your account. This helps us make sure someone else is not trying to delete your account. If you no longer have access to that email address, tell us in your message and we will work with you to verify your identity.

Please note that deleting your FLOW account is permanent and cannot be undone, and that deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Apple or Google Play.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your FLOW account or uninstalling the app does not automatically stop Apple or Google Play billing.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it before deleting your account:

Manage an Apple subscription: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.

Manage a Google Play subscription: open the Play Store app, tap your profile, then tap Payments and subscriptions.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current trial or paid billing period unless the applicable store says otherwise.

What will be deleted?

Account deletion includes:

Your FLOW account and profile information

Your wedding timelines and Time Blocks

Wedding locations, schedules, notes, and preferences

Private reference images

Shared timeline links

Notification preferences and associated push tokens

Pose Gallery submissions from the active gallery and future uses under our control

What might be retained?

We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, subscription records, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.

Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before routine deletion.

If you submitted an image to the FLOW Pose Gallery, we will remove it from the active gallery and stop future uses under our control. Copies already included in completed or previously distributed materials may remain where removal is not reasonably possible.

How long does deletion take?

After verifying your request, we generally delete or de-identify active account data within 45 days. We will email you when the request has been completed.
