Backlinks Generator
I am finally feeling better so I have been catching up on classes. I am a bit confused as to what EXACTLY the Backlinks Generator does or how I utilize the information it spits out. Can anyone clarify for me?

Basically, it's just a website that has a built in robot that does some behind the scenes work putting your website and info onto a ton of web directories. They do it so that they can get traffic on their site and sell advertising or some other specific service. We are able to use that to our advantage.
You can go through the list of places it put your website URL and see what all it did. Some of them are cool. some of them are dumb - but, it either case, you do NO work and yet Google begins to see your site with more "people" on the internet linking back to you - a metric it uses to measure if you're good or not.
