Fave 5 (Actually 6 because it's very hard to narrow it down)

After trying to narrow it down I think I closely align with a relator. but I do love to be a documentor as well as a creator. I think I long to be more of the latter two but I tend to be more in the moment with my couples, experiencing that joy right alongside them and truly connecting with them. I always tell them before they book that I want them to ask me as many questions as they like so we can get to know each other and ensure we're a good fit!

This whole day was epic but I loved the adventure of getting this shot, they were so elated to climb down toward the water and just feel the moment. I love the beautiful scenery and how it tells this story to me of calm, joy and just being present in nature with the most important person to you in life.

I enjoy how artistic this shot is. during this wedding, I took a more documentary approach because that’s what the couple wanted and this is one of my absolute favorite weddings to date! I have so many epic shots from this wedding but this one in particular the lighting, the framing, and the colors just had me absolutely over the moon. the way the shadows played on the walls and her face just brought this sense of calm as she was moments from seeing her partner for the first time that day. You can see the excitement and love as she looks at her bridesmaids knowing she’s about to embark on her forever journey! This shot was set up but I just let her be there in that moment as she reflected

I love how unfiltered and joyous this image is. it really shows them letting loose and their connection! I feel like they fully trusted me and their surroundings to feel this freely and enjoy this moment. I loved that I could step back and just be and let them be!

I love how fun it is, how utterly in the moment they are. even though the shot was set up as soon as the carousel started the tension of being in front of the camera released and they started laughing and fully enjoying themselves

with this image I love the colors, the happiness from their loved ones and how absolutely in love they are. It feels simple, calm and happy. I can’t fully describe why but this is one of the top images I’ve ever taken. probably because I became close with this couple and their journey!

I had to at least include this one as well because this is a shot I set up at every wedding. I have the couple hold each other, close their eyes and think about what the next 40 years of their lives will be like together. Where do they see their future headed? I give them about 30-50 seconds to quietly think, and then I step back and give them the signal to talk about it. and about 80% of the time it ensues with tears and raw unfiltered emotions!

the fact that you shared so much emotion and insight into every one of these images is HUGE

you are definitely a relator as your foundation

own it!

honestly, if you shared single images on your website, with the stories of how you FELT with your couples, it would be amazing!

don't do what everyone else is doing - do it your way.

IG - same thing. share stories of the emotional moments that you were involved with!

Your couples will eat that up!
