"A timeline shouldn't become useless the moment the wedding changes."
The Problem
You need a good plan.
You also need a good way to adjust.
Portraits run late. Weather changes. Travel takes longer than expected. Golden hour is coming, and the ceremony still starts when it starts.
How do you adjust quickly and stay confident in your creative plan?
Your creative energy shouldn't be spent worrying about what comes next.

How FLOW works
1
Plan
Tell FLOW what shapes the wedding. FLOW generates a practical starting timeline around the locations, ceremony, travel, group size, weather, and moments that matter.
2
Know
Open FLOW during the wedding and immediately see where you are, what you planned to create, and what comes next.
3
Adjust
When the wedding changes, adjust the timing and see what follows—while keeping ceremony, portraits, travel, golden hour, and blue hour in view.
4
Create
Get the information you need, put the phone away, and return your attention to the people in front of you.
real wedding FLOW
See FLOW through an entire wedding day

step 1:
Plan
Sarah and Jake are getting married in three months. You open FLOW, enter the locations, ceremony time, group sizes, and a few more key questions.

• Is it a complex family?
• How good is your second shooter?
• New Venue? Do you need time to scout?
• Tight constraints or freedom?
FLOW thoughtfully builds the entire day for you based on two decades of real wedding day experience.
step 2
Know
Your entire day is visible at a glance, and each moment has a plan.
Within each block of time, you can enter notes for that time of day as well as a few inspiration shots to quickly remind you of the plan.

Even a smooth wedding day has pressure.

This helps you stay present and create in each moment.

step 3
Adjust
Is the makeup running a little long?

You simply open FLOW, slide [Getting Ready Girls] forward 20 minutes, and the rest of the afternoon adjusts automatically.
Ceremony and Golden hour stay protected.

And, you even have the option of Compressing the following time blocks or Overlapping them - it depends on how much you trust your second shooter.

step 4
Create
You and the team know exactly what is happening now, what comes next, and what cannot move.
You get to stay present and focus entirely on Sarah and Jake.

You get to CREATE!
That confidence is what FLOW is designed for.

My old timelines were mostly useless the moment things ran late and the day began to shift.

faq
Common questions.
FLOW takes the details that shape the wedding and creates a thoughtful visual starting timeline. It will consider and show you the locations, all of the important time-blocks, travel times, group size, weather, and give you an easy place to keep the important moments, notes, and visual inspiration relevant to different parts of the wedding day.
FLOW gets you started with a practical first draft timeline and then it walks with you until the final couple drives away.
Absolutely! FLOW gives you a strong starting point based on your notes and preferences. Change the duration of moments, move Time Blocks, add notes, include photo inspiration, and make the wedding feel like yours.
First, take a breath. It’s a wedding. Something was always going to run late.
Tell FLOW how far behind you are, then see how that change affects the rest of the day. FLOW helps you adjust what can move while keeping things like ceremony and travel anchored. All while keeping golden hour, and blue hour in view.

And, by the way, FLOW works differently ON a wedding day than it does when you're planning ahead.
To try it, just change the date of the sample timeline to today, and see how it works.
No. The planner’s timeline coordinates a lot more than just the photos.
FLOW helps everyone see the day through a photographer’s eyes.
Use the official schedule as your foundation, then build your timing, visual ideas, notes, and creative priorities you need to photograph it beautifully.
FLOW uses the wedding date and location to calculate sunset, golden hour, and blue hour, then places them directly into the timeline. No weather app, calculator, or sunset search required.
Yes! Add your own reference images from your phone and keep them inside the Time Block where you’ll need them. (And don't worry, your images won't be shared with other members unless you want them to be.) You can also choose inspiration from the FLOW image catalogue filled with images shared by other FLOW users.
No more trying to remember what you wanted to do while golden hour quietly disappears.
Yes. Share a read-only version with your second shooter, the video team, and the planner, so everyone can see the plan without accidentally rearranging the wedding.
On a mountain top with no service? No Problem! FLOW is built to keep essential timeline information available when service is limited. We still recommend opening the wedding before heading into a dead zone so everything has a chance to sync. But, otherwise, have fun out there! We got you!
Barns are beautiful. Their cell reception is often less inspiring.
Yes. FLOW is available for both iPhone and Android, so photographers on either team can stay present and create.
AND... It's coming soon to Apple Watch and Wear OS watches!!! We can’t wait!
